When I transitioned from a successful career in New York City real estate to international education, I couldn't have imagined where this new path would lead me. While based in countries like Thailand, China, and Taiwan, I designed curricula that incorporated eLearning, gaining insight into the synergy between instructional theory and technology. As I completed my M.Ed. while teaching full-time, I realized that my true interest lay in designing and developing technology-based instruction.

Now, with eight years of experience, I'm seeking a role as an instructional designer to create exceptional eLearning experiences that help organizations solve performance problems and achieve strategic goals.
